Lewisburg Little League Scholarship Program

To aid parents who may need assistance with registration fees, Lewisburg Little League offers consideration for financial assistance as outlined below: 1) Full scholarships that cover all registration fees or 2) Partial scholarships that cover a portion of registration fees. The scholarship does not cover player equipment or uniform accessories such as socks, pants, or belts however the lead may ask for donations if you are in need. 

Scholarship Eligibility Requirements

Those seeking a scholarship must fill out a Scholarship Form, detailing:

1. Written nature of the hardship and proof of hardship (if applicable)
2. Lewisburg Little League registration containing all of the player's information (medical, address, etc.)
3. Proof of residency - indicating that the player(s) reside(s) within the Lewisburg Little League boundary
4. Proof of age - indicating that the player(s) meet(s) Little League requirements in order to play in the Lewisburg Little League
5. Parent or legal guardian agrees to volunteer for League functions and activities (i.e, helping with field maintenance, working the concession stand, helping with teams, etc.)
   

Instructions

Follow these steps to complete and return the Scholarship Application:

1. Print and fill out the Scholarship Survey found here: Scholarship Assistance Form
2. Submit the form. Save and/or print the form for your records.
